Debi and I have had 6 sales this month alone and the interest rates are also a factor in this. We definitely think we are at the bottom in Martin County not necessarily in all of Florida. Martin County typically recovers faster than other counties because of our quality of life here and A rated schools. I totally agree, the buyers are here and making decisions!
