Kitties at the shelter

This is a great time of year to adopt a pet. It’s spring, and there will be plenty of new kittens available for adoption. There are also older animals, too, as the tight economy is forcing people to turn pets into shelters. Try some of my favorite places to see cats ready for adoption: The Hobe Sound Animal Protection League (www.hsapl.org), Humane Society-Treasure Coast (www.humanesociety-tc.org), and Domino’s House (www.dominoshouse.org).
