I will be hosting an open house at 646 NE River Terrace in Jensen Beach on Sunday March 1. This is the beautiful Key West shown on our “Featured Properties”. There will be light refreshments and great views of the St Lucie River!!!

On March 27, 2009, our good friend and client Rufus Wakeman is putting together the 10th annual dinner and auction for the Martin Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association Florida. It will be held at Indian Riverside Park, and sounds like it will be one major bash. Check out the attached invitation….see you there!

Steve and I spent 40 hours in the past two weeks in GRI 2, part of our continuing Realtor education. We need to complete one more phase to become “Graduates of the Realtor Institute”. A lot of interesting information was gleaned on the current marketplace and ways to increase agent exposure.   Bob

Hi All….the Blake Library will present Vickie Myron, author of the best seller “Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched The World” for discussion, book signing, and reception, this Sunday from 2-4PM. My favorite cat rescue shelter, the Hobe Sound Animal Protection League, (www.hsapl.org), will also be there with cats and kittens ready for adoption!
